 Do
you have a child who will be enrolling in kindergarten
for the 2009-2010 school year?
We
are in the process of rounding up our kindergarten students
for the fall of 2009. Kindergarten visitation days will
be made available on Wednesdays and Thursdays on
an appointment basis scheduled through our school office:
487-5060, ext. 100.
Although
we would like to be able to accept requests for a specific
teacher, we are not able to do so. A process for parent
input into your child's placement was discussed at the
February 12 meeting.
Due
to the limitations of other school programming, class
size and other factors, there is not an unlimited number
of spots available for both the AM and PM sessions.
March registration is encouraged so that we can try
to honor the AM/PM preferences.
Children
who will be five years old on or before September 30,
2009 are eligible for kindergarten.
The
following documents are required in order to register
your child for kindergarten at Windermere Elementary
School:
 Child's
Birth Certificate
Home
Deed or rental/lease agreement showing residency in
Upper Arlington
Court
Orders establishing legal custody or guardianship, if
applicable
