Here we are at the end of the 6th grade year already. Wow, this year went fast.

Moving to 7th grade - Please remember our counselors travel through the grades with
their class. I am looking forward to moving on to 7th grade with your children and you!

Current Global Language students received language choice selection letters on Thursday, May 7. A parent signature is required and the letters are due back to your child's current global language teacher by Tuesday, May 12.

The big remaining issue for this year is Community Service. Several students have not yet reported their hours to me. Documentation of five service hours must be received by June 1, for your child to be able to participate in the pool party on the last day of school.

6th Grade Honors Awards Monday, June 1, at 7:00 p.m. - Students who have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5 and higher during the course of 6th grade should have received an invitation to this event.

Thank you all so much for your continued concern as I have faced some difficult challenges this year. Your kind words, thoughts, and prayers during this very difficult year have been a tremendous support. I look forward to everyday with your kids. They keep me smiling.
